MAGNET FAQS

Magnets are waterproof and weather resistant.

Please note that magnets are intended for short-term use. We recommend removing the magnet from your vehicle if you intend to exceed 55 mph.

Every attempt is made to process orders within 1-2 weeks; however, please allow up to 3 weeks for production and an additional week for shipping.  



Local Pickup: We do not have a storefront but allow for porch pick up at our home (SMILE! You're on camera!). Once your magnet has been completed we will email you to arrange a pick-up time and provide you with additional pick up instructions. We are located in the Grays Creek/Hope Mills/Fayetteville, North Carolina area.

Shipping: Once shipped, please allow for 1-2 weeks for the arrival of your order. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please be prepared for shipping delays due to the rise of online shopping and the current pandemic. Signing up for text alerts via the shipping service provider (ie. USPS/UPS) may speed up the process! We will not be able to provide a refund or replacement for lost shipments unless you pay for priority shipping or add Route shipping insurance to your order at checkout.

However, due to the size and nature of magnets, shipping may not be combined. Please place two separate orders. If you combine your order, we will invoice for any additional shipping, if necessary.

We have numerous methods for contact, but please avoid using our personal messengers/cell phone numbers!





If your order does not match your order confirmation or if there is defect at the time of receipt, please contact us immediately so that we can work to remedy the issue. Please remember, due to the nature of these custom orders, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds/exchanges for orders that were placed incorrectly, etc. Please be sure to check for spelling errors prior to checking out.
