Due to disruptions in supply chains and print service providers as well as shipping services experiencing above average delivery times, product/shirt color substitutions may be necessary (we will contact you if a product or shirt color you've selected is not available and you can choose another option or cancel if needed, in most cases there are very similar alternative options are available) and production and delivery times may be outside the normal stated time frames. Every effort is being made to complete orders as requested and as quickly as possible but some unavoidable delays may occur. We will keep you updated throughout the process of your order until your items are delivered, should any issues arise.
"Ready to ship" times are business days (holidays and weekends not included), and are ONLY the time to make the item, please add adequate shipping time (free shipping orders are first class USPS 3-5 business days) in addition to the production time. If you need an item sooner than the listed production time plus shipping time, please contact me first, I make every effort to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee arrival before the dates listed without special arrangements being made prior to ordering.
