Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.  

If there is a discrepancy between the order placed online and the order received, please contact us immediately after the receipt of your order so that we may research and remedy.

Almost every product sold is made to order. Please read carefully and ensure that you are ordering the correct item, the correct size, color, monogram lettering, etc. Sentiments of Grace is not liable for items that are ordered incorrectly.

Please message us immediately if you realize changes need to be made to any items in your order! If we have not begun making the item, we will gladly change your order, if the order has already been made then you will still be responsible for the item.

If an item is damaged and we are contacted within 48 hours of receipt/delivery of your tee, then we will open up a case for review of the item and work to remedy the issue as best possible.

Sentiments of Grace is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.  Please purchase priority shipping for insurance on your order.  Shipping times will vary and delivery times are not guaranteed.
